Who we are
BCLI is a civil construction firm working out of West Coast Berbice. We design and build the infrastructure that local economies actually run on, from regional roads to the drains that keep them passable through the wet season.

Designed and installed for sites that need to stay dry.
Reinforced concrete drainage built to spec, from residential roadside runs to industrial site systems. Engineered for the wet-season loads that Guyanese infrastructure faces every year.

Supplied at project scale, delivered on schedule.
Aggregate, sand, blocks, rebar, and finishing materials supplied to contractors and project teams. Local sourcing where it makes sense, regional sourcing when it does not.

Designed, fabricated, and installed for spans that get used hard.
Small and mid-span bridge construction for rural and regional crossings. Structural engineering, formwork, casting, and installation handled in-house or with vetted partners.

Roads
Road construction and rehabilitation across coastal Guyana.
Earthworks, sub-base, base course, surfacing. Whether the project is a kilometre of access road or a longer regional connector, the work is planned around the conditions that road will actually live in.

Guyanese-American entrepreneur of three plus decades. Previously founded and operated two garment manufacturing companies in the heart of the New York City garment industry. Built her career around global sourcing, with active membership in the New York Women Chamber of Commerce.
